How to Access the i4a Help Center

You cannot log in to the i4a Help Center directly from this page.

To access the Help Center:

  • Log in to your association website's admin interface.
  • Open the Help menu.
  • Select the Help Center, or click the blue question-mark icon anywhere it appears in admin.

Having Trouble Getting In?

If the Help Center does not open:

  • Log out of your website's admin interface.
  • Clear your browser cookies, cache, and history.
  • Close all browser windows.
  • Reopen your browser and log in to admin again.
  • Open the Help Center from the Help menu or the blue question-mark icon.
